General: This villa is located at the entrance of the village of Azille.
The villa is fully equipped for an unforgettable holiday. The views from this villa are fantastic and will immediately give you a sense of peace and relaxation. In the village of Azille there are several restaurants and small local shops and wine caves. At 5 minutes from the village you will find a large supermarket (Olonzac) and also numerous other shops. For excursions there is 5 minutes by car the lake "lac de jouarres" where you can swim. The expansive lawns there are ideal for laying your towel and sunbathing. In the summer there are inflatable objects on/in the water, there is also a possibility to rent canoes, paddles, pedal boats and a restaurant. It is also possible to fish there and walking around the lake is a must-do.
In addition, there are several cycling routes, both on- and off-road in the area. Many other tourist excursions are relatively close to the villa (Canal du Midi, cité de Carcassonne, abbey of Fontfroide, Minerve, etc.). The beach is only 50 minutes away by car.
Furnishing: This modern villa has a spacious entrance with a first bedroom with en suite bathroom on the left. In this bedroom there is a 180×200 bed and large sliding doors to a terrace with exceptional views. Adjacent to the entrance is the large living room with open kitchen and large windows to the terrace. There are 3 other bedrooms on the other side of the living room. 1 bedroom has a 180×200 bed with sliding doors leading to the terrace with also a beautiful view. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have an independent entrance, but are connected by a 3rd bathroom. One of these 2 bedrooms has a 160×200 bed and sliding doors with access to the terrace. The other bedroom has a 180×200 bed. The entire villa is air-conditioned.
Outside the house: On the covered terrace there is a large lounge set and a dining table for 8 people. From this terrace there is a magnificent view of the heated infinity pool and a beautiful view of the vineyards and the Pyrenees. The terrace around the pool is spacious and is equipped with sunbeds to enjoy the sunny days. On the right side of the terrace is the jacuzzi and a boules court. The entire terrace is surrounded by a spacious garden and gives a general feeling of freedom. A barbecue is at your disposal and the car can be parked on the private property which can be closed with a gate.
