Comfortable, cozy villa with private swimming pool for six people, located in the beautiful park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardeche. These villas are located in a villa park with approximately 100 villas, in the heart of Ardèche near the town of Vallon Pont d'Arc. The guests
may use the park's facilities free of charge, including two tennis courts and a communal swimming pool.
There is a small supermarket about 1 km away. A little further away is a larger supermarket, a bakery and a greengrocer and in Ruoms en Vallon-Pont-d'Arc you will find various shops, bars, restaurants and terraces.

Villa with lots of space, comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Cozy living room with large sofas, dining room with table and 6 chairs, double sliding doors give access to the terrace. Large open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Three
bedrooms for two people (beds can be pushed apart) with air conditioning and two bathrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with a shower. The beds are made upon arrival. There is 1 extra bedroom on the first floor with a single bed.

Outside:
You have private parking at the front. You can walk around the house to the backyard. The private pool can be heated so that you can use the pool heating in the cooler months and enjoy the pool optimally in the spring and autumn. The private swimming pool is open from April to October. The pool has six luxurious sun beds and a parasol. There is a spacious covered terrace attached to the house where you can relax in the shade. To top it all off, a gas barbecue is at your disposal.
