Spacious and tastefully decorated living room with air conditioning and open kitchen equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave with oven function. There are 2 bedrooms for two people on the ground floor and 1 bedroom for two people on the first floor available. The ground floor also has a spacious bathroom with sink, bath and toilet. The villa also has Wifi. The beds are made on arrival. Bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Outside: From the villa you can walk straight into your garden where you can enjoy the outdoors under the covered terrace. There is a large tree on the lawn that provides some extra shade in the warm summer months. Around the heated private swimming pool (7.5 x 3.5m) there are several sun loungers to enjoy the French sun. The pool can be covered in the cooler months, so that the water stays at the right temperature. You can park 3 cars under the carport. There is also a charging station to charge your electric car. Please note that the swimming pool is closed in winter (November - March).
