Enough of travelling on Black Saturday in high season then book this villa. In this villa you can arrive and depart on Sundays, so less bothered by traffic jams. Luxury holiday home with heated salt water pool that is kept at the most ideal temperature (28/29) degrees all year round. This is done by pool heating in the cool months and pool cooling during the hottest days in the summer. AIR CONDITIONING in the living room and in all bedrooms. Located in a small holiday park with many facilities. Located between Vallon Pont d'Arc (1.5 km) and Ruoms.
The house is fully furnished and has, in addition to a large covered outdoor terrace of over 30m2, an extra roof of 24m2, a heated swimming pool,  a flat enclosed garden, a spacious living room with a complete open kitchen. Since 2023 there is also air conditioning in the living room.
In the 4 bedrooms with AIRCO there are good beds, there are 2 bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen and internet (WIFI) in the villa is included in the price. On each floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it very suitable for family holidays. Upstairs there is a master with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together and downstairs a bedroom with a second master and a bedroom with a single bed of 90x200. The camp bed with a good mattress can be added anywhere.  On the first floor there is also a separate dressing room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
There is a satellite receiver with reception of more than 10 Dutch channels, the main Belgian TV channels and French channels. There is also Smart TV with direct button for Netflix, via the chromecast you can stream and watch your own data from your smart phone or tablet. The villa is equipped with internet with WIFI, (fiber optic!) so wireless internet throughout the villa and on the covered outdoor terrace.
High chair, toddler chair and camp cot with separate mattress are available in the villa at no extra cost
Please note : The use of the air conditioning is included in the price, as well as the pool heating in early and late season and cooling in the hot summer. Swimming pool open from April to the end of October.
