The house is fully furnished and has a large covered outdoor terrace of over 30m2, an extra roof of 24m2, a heated swimming pool, a flat enclosed garden, a spacious living room with a complete open kitchen. Since 2023, in addition to air conditioning in all bedrooms , there is also air conditioning in the living room.
The 4 bedrooms with AIRCO have good beds, there are 2 bathrooms. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen and internet (WIFI) in the villa is included in the price. On each floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it very suitable for family holidays. Please note : The use of the air conditioning is included in the price as well as the pool heating in the early and late season and the cooling in the summer. Swimming pool open from April to the end of October.
