Villa Bella is a fully detached, spacious and luxurious villa for 8 people with a private swimming pool, located on holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, near the charming village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, pétanque courts, tennis courts, ping-pong tables, children's play equipment and a multi-purpose sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball. The park is located on the banks of the Ardèche river and 5 minutes from the centre of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cosy terraces. In high season, there is regularly a food truck with pizza or chicken at the park and you can order snacks at the reception. Various activities are also organised in high season, such as: Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.
Please note this villa is now available for bookings in 2026, new photos will follow soon. The garden will be renovated in early 2026, with a new lawn (no more artificial grass), a new iron pergola of 3.5 x 3.5 meters and a new garden set with table. There will also be a new jeu de boules court.

Villa Bella is a luxurious, fully detached villa for 8 people with a private pool and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. The villa is located on holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, within walking distance of the Ardèche river. The villa has a cozy, spacious living room with television. Air conditioning is also available here. The dining room has a large table with 8 beautiful chairs and sliding doors to the outside. The large open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a kettle.
Downstairs there is an air-conditioned bedroom for 2 people, a bathroom with bath/shower and a toilet. In the hall there is a separate toilet and a room with the washing machine.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms for 2 people with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The villa has a large balcony with a beautiful view.
Outside: the large, secluded and fenced garden with private swimming pool and a lovely covered terrace where you can enjoy the French outdoors, with stunning views of the mountains. On the terrace there is a large table with 8 chairs where you can sit in the shade. There is also a 3.5m x 3.5m iron pergola with a lounge area. The private pool has comfortable sun loungers to relax on, palm trees and a barbecue. The house has its own jeu de boules court, surrounded by attractive beams with LED lighting.
