Villa Avallon is a luxury detached villa with a spacious enclosed garden, a private swimming pool that can be heated, a private jeu des boules court and several terraces. The house can accommodate 8 people. There are four bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and two bathrooms. The villa has free WiFi via its own high-speed fiber optic internet connection and smart TV with Dutch TV channels. Everything to give you a fantastic holiday.
The cozy living room on the ground floor has a wood-burning fireplace, electric radiators, a large smart TV with Dutch channels and a spacious separate sitting and dining area. In the open kitchen there are two refrigerators, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, in short: all the conveniences for a pleasant stay.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. The bedrooms have air conditioning and shutters to keep the heat out.
The living room gives direct access to the cozy garden through two sliding doors. The garden has two large terraces. The covered terrace directly at the villa has a large table with eight reclining chairs. The second terrace next to the private pool has a seating area with four chairs, six adjustable sunbeds and outdoor shower. Both terraces have a parasol for extra shade. The fully enclosed garden is well screened with plenty of privacy. Right next to the garden is the jeu de boules court. In the garden there is a mobile BBQ furniture with electric barbecue.
The ground floor has two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, an indoor hall closet and a separate toilet. In the large bedroom on the garden side there are two box spring beds (200 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and shelving area, a mirror with dressing table and a chair. The patio doors with sliding screen door give direct access to the garden: you can walk straight into the swimming pool. The second bedroom at the front also has patio doors and a sliding screen door. This bedroom has two box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) and bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and shelving area, a mirror, a small desk annex dressing table and a chair. Both bedrooms have both ceiling fans and air conditioning. All beds have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom has a bathroom cabinet with sink and a spacious shower with low entry. A hair dryer is available. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.
The first floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet. One bedroom, at the front, has two 2 box spring beds (200 x 80cm) with bedside tables, a large chest of drawers, a chair and a mirror. The other bedroom on the garden side has a beautiful view of the garden, the pool and the river. This bedroom also has two box spring beds (200 x 80cm) with bedside tables, a closet with hanging and shelving area, a chair and a mirror with dressing table. All beds have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom on the first floor has a vanity unit with sink, a bath and a toilet. The first floor also has a large covered balcony overlooking the garden, pool and river. The balcony has clotheslines and a small sitting area.
In the covered carport there is a charging station for electric cars (max. 7kW). The use of this between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm is free, outside of that use is possible in consultation; charging costs for those extra hours are settled afterwards based on actual consumption (€0.50 per kWh). In the storage room behind the carport are a washing machine and dryer at your disposal; Ironing board and iron are in the hall closet inside. In the storage room there are also some outdoor toys such as pool noodles, a badminton set and jeu de boules balls.
There is parking for three cars at the villa. Pets are allowed.
The superfast fiber optic internet provides excellent internet via the free WiFi throughout the villa.
The park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, with English reception, has a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds and terrace, jeu-de-boules courts, tennis courts, outdoor sports equipment and playground.
The park is located on the Ardèche river, accessible by stairs, 5 minutes (driving) distance from supermarkets, the cozy center of Vallon pont d'Arc with authentic streets, the weekly market, shops, restaurants and terraces.
In high season there is regularly a food truck with pizza or chicken at the park and you can order snacks at the reception. Various activities are also organized in high season such as electric bike rental, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.
