Villa Aux Lions is a luxurious fully detached 8-person villa with (heated) private swimming pool, a private pool with a private pool, an enclosed garden, air conditioning, a FREE charging station, Wi-Fi and fiber optic internet. The villa is located in the quiet villa park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche on the Ardèche river, between Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc.
The villa has air conditioning in 4 bedrooms and a charging station (free charging between 9:00 and 18:00) for electric cars!!
On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace, electric radiators, a large smart TV with Dutch channels and a spacious separate sitting and dining area. The open kitchen with built-in appliances is fully equipped, such as 2 refrigerators, one with an extra large freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo, etc.
The entire house is equipped with mosquito nets. The bedrooms have air conditioning and shutters to keep the heat out.
Through the double sliding doors in the living room you enter the cozy garden. Under the sheltered canopy is a large table with 8 adjustable chairs. 2 parasols provide extra shade. The electric barbecue is ready for you. The (heated) private swimming pool has 6 adjustable sunbeds and an outdoor shower (with hot water column). The garden is well protected and offers plenty of privacy. 2 fences, rocks and an (invisible) mesh fence completely close off the garden, so that dogs and (small) children cannot run away. At the back of the garden is the jeu de boules court with lighting. Nice to throw a ball in the evening too!
On the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom, an indoor hall closet and a separate toilet. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 box spring beds (210 x 90 cm) with bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and shelving area, a mirror with chest of drawers and a chair. Through the patio doors you have an unobstructed view of the garden and the surrounding mountains and you can walk straight into the pool. The second bedroom is located at the front of the villa. This room also has French doors and is equipped with two box spring beds (200 x 80 cm) and bedside tables, a large closet with hanging and shelving area, a mirror and a chair. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. All beds have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom has a bathroom cabinet with sink and a spacious shower with low entry. A hair dryer is available. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.
On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and toilet. The first bedroom is located at the front of the villa. Again 2 box spring beds (200 x 80cm) with bedside tables, two large chests of drawers, a chair and a mirror. The cosily furnished fourth bedroom is located at the rear of the villa with a beautiful view of the garden and the pool. Again, two box spring beds (200 x 90cm) with bedside tables, a cupboard with hanging and shelving area, a chair and a mirror. The beds also have single duvets and pillows upstairs. The bathroom also has a vanity unit with sink, a bath and a toilet. On this floor is also a large covered balcony overlooking the garden and pool. The balcony is equipped with clotheslines and there is also a small billiard table and a dartboard. Fun to play a game in the shade! From the balcony you can also see the river.
In the garage/storage room there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal. The electric barbecue is also in this storage room. Ironing board and iron can be found in the hall closet. There is also a crate with outdoor toys and jeu de boules balls in the hall closet.
A bicycle with pannier is also available in the garage/storage room.
A safe is available in the villa.
There is parking for 3 cars at the villa. There is a charging station for electric cars in the carport. During the day between 9:00 and 18:00 you can charge for free.
Of course Wifi internet is available in the villa.

The park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche, with English reception, has a large communal swimming pool with sunbeds and terrace, jeu-de-boules courts, tennis courts, outdoor sports equipment and a playground.
The park is located on the Ardèche river, accessible by stairs, 5 minutes (driving) distance from supermarkets, the cozy center of Vallon pont d'Arc with authentic streets, the weekly market, shops, restaurants and terraces.
In high season there is regularly a food truck with pizza or chicken on the park and you can order snacks at the reception. Various activities are also organized in high season such as: rental of electric bicycles, Happy Hour, canoe trips, yoga and a wine tasting.
