Ensoleilée

Villa Ensoleilée is a completely detached 10-person air-conditioned villa with private swimming pool and large garden with its own jeu de boules court, located in the 4* holiday park Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche. The villa has been given a nice update inside and outside. New furniture, new box spring beds and a beautiful new terrace and swimming pool. From autumn 2021, the house will be energy neutral - thanks to solar panels.

The villa has a very spacious garden with swimming pool, jeu de boules court, a long garden table under the extended veranda with adjustable chairs, sun beds around the pool and parking for two to three cars. The outside has been completely renovated: a larger extension to the house - a new larger terrace around the pool - and a beautiful new pergola for more shade. Outdoor toys for the children such as table tennis bats, air mattresses, etc. are in the storage room. A charging point for your electric car is also available.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, which ensures that you sleep wonderfully in a hot summer. Each bedroom has 2 beds and sufficient cupboard space. 1 bedroom has a bunk bed. We make the beds for reception! We will welcome you in 2024 with 2 new bathrooms!

The living room has enough living space for everyone. The cozy fireplace, beautiful large TV, board games in the sideboard, the long dining table and cozy accessories complete the picture. The beautiful kitchen is equipped with all amenities and equipment, including a large refrigerator, a combination oven-microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso/(and Senseo) coffee machine, kettle. There is also a washing machine. We have a nice extra refrigerator available.

There are outdoor toys in the storage room. There is new garden furniture around the pool, including sunbeds, a number of parasols, two large garden tables, adjustable chairs with a lounge set under a lovely cool mulberry terrace. There is a second lounge set under the new pergola. The garden has a new fence around it, which makes the house extra suitable for kids (and/or dogs on request).

The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche park has a large communal swimming pool, various jeu de boules courts, tennis courts, outdoor sports equipment, a playground, etc. The park is located on the Ardèche river, 5 minutes from the center from Vallon Pont d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces.

In high season there is a pizza cart and a fast food cart with chicken once a week. You can order snacks daily at the reception.
