The villa is located just 5 minutes from the charming center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, known for its charming streets, cozy terraces and access to the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and modern amenities such as air conditioning in 4 bedrooms, the villa is very suitable for families.

Ground floor: the spacious villa has a sitting area with 2 sofas and two armchairs, television and fireplace. From the living room you can go through the double sliding doors to the covered terrace. The dining area with table and 8 chairs is adjacent to the kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms for two people with air conditioning and a bathroom. First floor: 3 bedrooms for two people (2 with air conditioning and 1 with a large fan) and a bathroom. Outside: Large lawn with private heated swimming pool of 10 x 4 m. The pool heating can be booked (extra cost) and the pool is open from April to October. The covered terrace is ideal for outdoor dining or enjoying a good glass of French wine. An extra seating area has been made in the garden for an extra shaded area. There is parking space on site and you can use the newly installed charging station (extra charge).
