L'Amande is an authentic detached French cottage. Together with a number of other houses, it is part of the hamlet of La Maza. L'Amande is located on the edge of the hamlet (detached) and built against a mountain in the mid-1850s. Over the years, the cottage has been renovated and adapted to the amenities of today. In the living room, the wood-burning stove forms the heart of the upper floor. L'Amande has 2 tiled terraces, the first terrace (25m2) is downstairs, adjacent to the living-kitchen with an adjoining lawn (20m2) and has a lockable gate, ensuring absolute privacy. This also makes the cottage ideal for families with small children and/or pets, who cannot run away. The 2nd terrace is adjacent to the living room above and offers a panoramic view over the mountains and valley. Both terraces are located on the South, with plenty of sun all day. Parasols are available for those who love shade.
The garden sets and sunbeds on both terraces complete the French feeling. Just like the bottle of wine on arrival.
