In the province of Ardèche (part of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region) lies the village of Gluiras. It is located inland, near Valence on the A7, the Autoroute du Soleil. This lovely holiday home, with a picturesque view over a vast valley at an altitude of about 800 meters, is located here.
In the summer it is considerably cooler here than in the interior of France. It's a lovely place to escape the crowds, with beautiful hiking trails. In the valley, a small river flows through the village of Saint-Saveur-de-Montagut, a wonderful place to relax in the summer.
