BonToul is a stylish villa in Berrias & Casteljau, a dream location in the extreme south of the Ardèche, where a Mediterranean climate. The villa has been beautifully renovated in 2009. In 2011 there is a whole new extra kitchen, 2nd bathroom and 2nd toilet added. For 2012 there is an extra bedroom with private entrance with shower and toilet at the rear of the house plan. This room is separate to book the villa and makes it suitable for a total of 10 persons.
TOP FLOOR (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet)
The top floor of the villa has a large luxurious living room of 35m2. The lounge has 2 large lovely banks. There is a separate seat at the doors to the terrace. There is a solid teak dining table. On the LCD flat screen satellite TV channels, Dutch very well received.
Separated by the great hall is opposite the living room a cozy kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen has all cooking utensils.
On the top floor a spacious bedroom with lovely double Auping.
There is also on the top floor a spacious luxury bathroom with shower and double sink. And a separate toilet.
BENEDENEAGE (living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet)
On the ground floor are the spacious second and third bedrooms with lovely double Auping beds. One of the bedrooms has an extra single bed.
The fourth bedroom downstairs is extremely versatile. It is in fact a second living room with second kitchen. There is a large sofa that is very comfortable and very good sleep. (Super quality sofa bed mattress with 1.60 m wide, Easy Living, Amsterdam.)
Furthermore there is also below a luxury bathroom with large shower. And a separate toilet.
The layout of the villa, the villa to intimate couples in rent but also perfect for two families or larger group rental.
October 2011 is an extension to the rear of the house started. Here is a storage room and extra bedroom with private shower and toilet. This space is only accessible from the outside. It is planned that this room in the spring of 2012. If interested, this room can be booked separately.
Both above and below the terrace, both with garden furniture to relax, enjoy views across the beautiful valley, the gorges and 6000m2 woodland garden across different platforms. The woodland garden offers complete privacy. You are surrounded by beautiful scenery where the nightingale sings while rummaging around wildly.
In the vicinity you fantastic hiking, climbing, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing, cycling, swimming and much more. At the various beaches along the river Chassezac, 10 minutes walk from the house, it feels good.
Charming towns and picturesque villages such as Les Vans, Joyeuse, Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc make the holiday feel complete. Daily there is somewhere a lively market. Slightly further are the larger towns Aubenas, Nimes and Avignon worth a visit more than worthwhile. At 1.5 hours drive you're on the coast in the Camargue.
The south of the Ardèche is an area for 4 seasons. Also in the autumn and winter it is beautiful here. The convenient location of the house you can mid-winter when the sun shines soon lunch outside on your private terrace. Moreover, the house is furnished and equipped, double glazing and central heating throughout, it also with bad weather, very comfortably.
