hello, we are Ilse and Tom and have been living in the Ardèche for 20 years. we rent our former home to people who love the authentic atmosphere of a typical Ardèche farm. The house has been restored with love for old materials, but with all the comfort of a contemporary stay. It is super quiet and ideally situated for walking or cycling trips in this magnificent region. We have done everything we can to ensure that you have an ideal holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
