Maison Elise is a cozy house (for 4 to 8 people), new and perfectly in order, and recently completely restored, and is part of Les Bergerons. Les Bergerons is a farm complex with approximately 30 hectares of varied, hilly terrain with meadows and chestnut forests. The buildings date from about 1200 - 1400 AD. The complex is free in nature (fields and forests), neighbors can not be seen and it has a magnificent view over the Rhône valley. A small country road leads to it. Apart from the house of the owners, there are two houses that are rented, "the Atelier" and "Maison Elise". Both houses have recently been restored and completely renovated inside. "Maison Elise" was not completed until the end of 2010. There is a pool of 5 x 10 meters with a large terrace which can be used. (and therefore the use of the pool is only private if there are no other tenants and the owners are not there either). The swimming pool has been installed according to French safety standards.
The building complex and the swimming pool have a fantastic view over the Balcon du Rhône, the Vercors and in very clear weather you can see the Alps. The Dutch owners bought the other buildings / houses of the complex to keep the peace, to keep it together and to restore it and thus to maintain the history.
Maison Elise has 2 rental options, ie without (option A) or with (option B) a third large bedroom of 45 m2, 3rd bathroom and roof terrace. See below under prices.
