Since the beginning of 2020, we have been living on the Côte d'Azur together with our son Philip. Iris is originally German and Martijn Dutch. We speak Dutch, German, English and French and are happy to rent out our apartment Seaside View in Saint-Laurent-du-Var. We attach great importance to personal contact and are happy to ensure a comfortable and well-kept stay for our guests.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, this must always be confirmed to the landlord by e-mail, even if this has been communicated by telephone before.

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant states on the start date or during the rental period that he will not (or no longer) use the rented property, the full rent remains due.
