In an old orchard with 20 apple trees (plot almost 2150 m²) there are two holiday homes for sale. The asking price, as indicated on this site, concerns the entire plot, including both houses with full furnishings. On request, the houses can also be made available separately from each other.

The houses are located halfway up the slope of the Vånga mountain and offer a beautiful view over the large Ivö lake in Skåne, southern Sweden.
The houses are about 300 m from a beautiful, well-maintained swimming spot, next to a café/restaurant/bakery. 100 m further is a first harbor for pleasure boats and 200 m further is a slightly larger harbor, where our motor/rowing boat and canoe are located.
Sandwiched between rolling beech forests, Vånga is known throughout the region as a beautiful location, where people like to come for a swim or to take their boats out on the lake. On the other side of the lake you are soon on the Baltic Sea coast with its beautiful beaches and fishing villages. Beautiful Kristianstad also has a lot to offer with its restaurants, terraces and shops. And by train it takes less than 2 hours from Kristianstad (free parking), over the bridge, directly without a transfer, to the heart of Copenhagen in Denmark. Copenhagen is without a doubt one of the most interesting cities in Europe.
Rural southern Sweden has been rapidly becoming more popular as a holiday destination in recent years due to its good accessibility and sunny summers with temperatures between 20 and 25 degrees and because more and more people are fleeing the heat of southern Europe. Yet it is still very pleasant and very relaxed in southern Sweden.
