A house with a wide view over the Mediterranean Sea from Nerja to Malaga! with lots of peace and privacy. The house is centrally located but away from the hustle and bustle and the often more expensive real estate, yet quickly accessible from the coast.

The towns of Torrox, Competa, Torrox-Costa and Nerja are just a 15 to 20 minute drive away. Via the main road you can reach the Sea/Boulevard relatively quickly, with many shops and restaurants in all these places. Malaga airport is a 40-minute drive away.

There are 3 houses at a distance around it and the house has several terraces with garden enclosed with hedges and entrance gate. Secured with Alarm and Camera system and shutters. Once in the driveway and at the front door you enter the hallway with 1 on the right and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the left, if you walk past the kitchen you immediately enter the living room where the sliding door is to the terraces. Through the kitchen upstairs (BGG) there is a lockable door and a staircase to the apartment downstairs, see photo 10/11/12/13.

The kitchens have a dishwasher, kettle, hot air oven and on the BGG upstairs (double) refrigerator and freezer, utility room with washing machine, which is also present in the apartment. The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling or heating.

The apartment has its own entrance door and interior door (in the kitchen) and is also suitable as a separate house or can be used as a 2nd bathroom/4th bedroom and 2nd bathroom/living room.

The apartment has suffered water damage due to, among other things, a burst boiler from the upstairs apartment, walls, ceilings and kitchen need to be renovated. The house above will mainly need to be painted (inside), there are some cracks on the wall, but nothing has ever been done about it after 19 years. The house above is very presentable and is sometimes rented out.

The costs for the entire house are +/- euro 12,000 and we have quotes for this. We are not there enough to have this work carried out because you will have to be present in Spain if you want it to go smoothly. You could also (partly) do the work yourself.

A 20-minute drive takes you to the bakery, supermarket or the sea (Torrox-Costa) with a boulevard and restaurants. Competa is 15 minutes and Nerja 25 minutes drive. From the main road from Torrox towards Competa, take a small road further up the mountain, this asphalt road ends and turns into a dirt road and a concrete road again and goes down steeply for a while, after a few bends you arrive at the house as in the 1st photo .

There is an entrance gate where you can park under cover behind the car. The road(s) consists of 95% asphalt and concrete, but it is advisable to use a slightly higher car (height Fiat Panda). Once in the driveway and at the front door, you enter the hallway with 1 on the right and 2 on the left. bedrooms and bathroom, if you walk past the kitchen you immediately enter the living room where the sliding door is to the 2 terraces. On the left is the swimming pool and stairs to a garden below, on the right of the terrace the BBQ. In short, peace, space, comfort and beautiful views!

We have been coming to Nerja for 25 years, a place with many typical Spanish houses, streets and many beautiful villages in the immediate vicinity, but also very busy 10 months of the year. Nearby is Torrox/Competa where we built/bought the house 19 years ago, in this area it is wonderfully quiet in the mountains and you have a lot of privacy, in the last 4 years there has been too little time and that is why we decided to sell the house and for the future buy something directly on the sea and be able to stay there more. You can completely relax here, looking for hustle and bustle? you can quickly reach the boulevard of Torrox-Costa or Nerja. You do need a car here, the road to the house is 95% asphalt/concrete.
