Six years ago i moved with my 2 dogs from Ibiza to this cave house on the mainland of Spain. Living in a cave was new to me and i absolutely love it. Natural insulation gives an average temperature of 20-24 degrees Celsius all year round. It feels warm in winter and nice and cool in summer. The rounded walls and ceilings and all the little nooks and crannies give a homely atmosphere you won't find in a 'normal' house. After a lot of thinking i decided to move on, it's my nature to be a bit of a nomad, and to put this unique property on the market. A special home for special people...i hope the new owners will enjoy it as much as i do, and i will be available for answering any questions that may arise.
