With a location about 1450 km from Amsterdam and about 1250 km from Brussels, the location is perfect to drive to by car. Girona airport is 30 min and Barcelona international airport (El Prat) is 1h15min. The ski resorts in the Pyrenees or Andorra are about a 2-hour drive away.
The villa has been completely refurbished to the last detail over the past 5 years and is 100% ready to move in or rent out. Because we live permanently in the same urbanization, this offers the possibility to keep the villa in optimal condition by ourselves.
An extension of the existing terraces as well as new garden paths were constructed. The heating system was thoroughly cleaned and overhauled where necessary. If the property is not sold by the end of 2025, we will open our agenda for 2026 for bookings. and we will offer the guarantee for bookings during the entire 2026 season. The pre-reservations that are already in request will be filled in first before we open our agenda for new requests.
