Apartment El Canario Azul is located in the quiet complex La Calma and is fully furnished. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, microwave, table grill, fridge-freezer. The kitchen is perfectly suited to make a good meal for 4 people. Of course there is also a coffee machine, kettle, a washer/dryer and a good air conditioning.

Orihuela Costa is located on the Costa Blanca South, about 40 kilometers from Alicante airport and borders Torrevieja. In the immediate vicinity you will find the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Punta Prima, and La Zenia. Orihuela Costa, like Torrevieja, is a very popular holiday resort with a lively nightlife all year round. In the vicinity there are also several golf courses such as Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin.

El Canario Azul and the surrounding area: Within Orihuela Costa and Torrevieja there are several beaches and local shopping centres. Right opposite the holiday apartment is a supermarket. A small shopping centre with a petrol station and a bank is 50 metres away. 200 meters away is also a nice center with many restaurants, from cheap to more expensive, but still cheap.

Within the immediate vicinity is also the well-known "La Zenia Boulevard" where numerous large and smaller shops are located. Parking is free everywhere, including in the parking garages and even on the beach. There are also plenty of free parking spaces nearby for the disabled.

Every Saturday there is the large Playa Flamenca street market close to the apartment, with many hundreds of stalls. There is something to do every day.

Sun, sea, beach, shops, restaurants and plenty of nice places and sports facilities including water sports and golf, you will find it all a short distance from this holiday apartment.

The apartment is officially registered with the Spanish government and has a mandatory tourist rental license and cadastral number. So suitable for both private (permanent) residence and rental.

Arnold and Ans, both retired. We bought this apartment in 2023 to initially go on holiday ourselves and to rent it out for the rest of the time.

We no longer want to rent out, which is why this nice apartment with direct sea view, complete with all the trimmings, including an existing rental license, is for sale from September 1, 2026. From August 1, we will move to another house in the same area, a little further from the coast.

The sale is through a law firm and notary office in Torrevieja. The law firm speaks Dutch, English and Spanish. This office also takes care of all other matters that are necessary.
