The villa is a 15-minute drive from the town of Velez-Malaga with all amenities and a 20-minute drive from Torre del Mar and the coast. A 45-minute drive from Malaga airport.
The pool is heated with solar panels, electricity is provided via the grid and with recently installed solar panels, the heating is done via heat pump and radiators, there are 4 water tanks as a buffer for the city water and for the automatic irrigation of the garden. There is a carport and garage with automatic gate and additional parking for 3 more cars. The house has an alarm, connected to a central unit.
The villa was fully furnished for holiday rental in 2020 with new beds, mattresses, furniture, etc. that can be taken over if desired.
