In the middle of the alpine pasture, without neighbors, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, lies our Alpine hut. The house is completely self-sufficient and equipped with every comfort such as central heating throughout the house. In addition, the house is fully furnished and optimally insulated.
The house is located in the Krajinski Mrzlica Nature Park, which means that it will always remain a protected nature reserve and no construction is allowed. Many animals walk directly around the house, from a roe deer, gams, owls, birds of prey, salamanders from small to the largest in Europe. For those who love tranquility, beautiful views, beautiful walks (mountain huts with food at 30-45 minutes walk) and completely independent of utilities with all the comforts of today, this is a perfect house! The house also has all (building) permits, and may also be used as a main residence and is free of taxes.
We rent out the house from May to September, when we have little time ourselves. The house is fully booked for almost this entire period, with very nice guests!
