This lovely, luxurious and bright holiday home is located in a very quiet park between the Oosterschelde and Goes. Right behind the Oosterschelde dike.
The location of the house is sunny with a terrace on three sides and on a water, which gives a real holiday feeling.
The park is very well cared for and has a pond and canals. The park itself is located right behind the dike of the Oosterschelde.
Everything in this fine house is on one level. A small entrance hall with wardrobe gives access to the first bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, etc. and to the living room.
In this living space there is a dining area with a large wooden table and 6 leather dining chairs and then the living room with large windows, patio doors, a modern, comfortable leather corner sofa and two matching modern chairs, a desk and a TV with open cabinet. The recessed spotlights and LED lighting all around provide modern and atmospheric basic lighting and the continuous laminate throughout the house gives the house a stylish and calm look.
The large and comfortable master bedroom is accessible from the living room. This has an en-suite modern bathroom. This bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, has a sun shower and a wonderful 3-person infrared sauna
Both (small) children's bedrooms are also accessible from the living room. These each have a bunk bed.
Next to the living room is the kitchen. This is modern in design and fully equipped (including a 5-burner gas hob with wok burner, an oven, a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and many appliances).
Next to the kitchen there is an extra room with washing machine, dryer, a storage cupboard and a microwave. This space opens onto a 2nd hall / storage room with the central heating cupboard and wardrobe.
There is a nice surprise for the kids here: a loft ladder provides a cozy extra room under the ridge accessible!
Outside, on the spacious plot of approx. 450 m², you can enjoy a large terrace with a luxurious lounge set and large cushion box. There is also a separate dining table with 6 chairs on the second terrace.
The plot has space for two cars and due to its sunny location on the water, this house is the ultimate place to relax.
The maintenance of the garden is (very well!) taken care of by the park (€1500 p.year) so you don't have to do anything about it. But gardeners are free to plant beds!
The 50-year lease costs (from the Queen Wilhelmina Fund) are around €3500 per year.
Any rental can be taken care of entirely by the owner. The park leaves the owner completely free to do so.
Near the park are nature reserves and bird breeding grounds. This unique location ensures that lovers of coast and nature feel completely at home.
For water lovers, this is also a fantastic location. Are you a sailor, a surfer, a diver or do you like to take a bike ride ? It can all be done from your backyard. Moreover, there are endless cycling and walking routes that depart from the park. Or maybe you are a golfer? The Goese golf course is 2 km from the park.
