As the owner of a home, you are a member of the active VVE.
– Recreational rental is allowed all year round. You arrange rental yourself and no commission is deducted.
– 25 ampere electricity connection
– Wifi and TV via the park's fiber optic cable.
These annual costs are settled when the sale is made. The park is open all year round for your own recreational use and or in combination with rental. Permanent residence is not allowed, but 365 days of recreation is.
