Het Koggehuys is a detached holiday home for 6 people at Dormio Resort Medemblik. On the ground floor you will find the cozy living room, open kitchen with cooking island and the attractively furnished dining area. There is also an owner's storage room and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all of which have a double bed. The house has 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a lovely bath, shower and sink. The other bathroom has a shower and sink. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The garden with terrace offers a comfortable outdoor area.
The Koggehuys is located on the water and has brown nuanced brickwork, black wooden front and rear walls and a blue braised hollow roof tile.
