You enter the 6-person water villa IJsvogel through the spacious hall with a separate toilet and wardrobe. On the ground floor you will find the living room with spacious seating area, dining area and kitchen with luxurious (built-in) appliances. From the living room you walk through the French doors to your furnished terrace. If desired, you can have a hot tub and sauna installed here for ultimate relaxation. You will also find the first bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. From the garden you have access to an indoor storage room.
Lot number 13 is located in a corner and on the inner harbor. The lot has an area of 608 m2. You can only have a 6-person water villa IJsvogel built on this plot. You can also have a sauna and hot tub installed in the spacious garden with terrace for the optimal holiday feeling. Of course, the lot also has its own jetty for your sloop, sailing boat or canoe.

Waterpark Zwartkruis is beautifully situated on the water and in the middle of a scenic landscape. From your water villa you can reach Burgumer Mar within 15 minutes and you can sail on to the many other lakes in the area such as the Leien or even the Lauwersmeer.
