The beautiful cities of Siena, Perugia and Orvieto can be reached in about an hour and the airports of Pisa and Rome are 2.5 hours away.

My name is Rita Dell'Utri and I have lived in this beautiful place since 2002.
Together with my husband, a Dutch landscape architect, we rebuilt this place bit by bit into the paradise it is today.
Many tourists come here every year and more than 95% of them are extremely satisfied, which is why many come back regularly.
We have lived here with intense pleasure until now, but it is slowly time for us to look for another situation, since in a few years our age will no longer allow us to manage everything.
It will not be easy to say goodbye to this place, which we have in our hearts. We will therefore certainly stay in the area, which has the advantage for a new owner that we can assist them with advice and assistance in the first period.
The property can be taken over as a company, which provides a significant tax advantage, but also as a private individual.
Given the structure of the farm with various buildings, it is ideal for renting out to tourists, but also for the cohabitation of several families, for example in co-housing, where everyone has sufficient privacy.
