Unique house, from 1709, with tower, in 2014 under architecture, earthquake resistant, renovated, insulated and extended. The Torre is located near the town of Pietranico (Abruzzo). The sea can be reached within 40 minutes by car. There is a private swimming pool (on salt water) of 12 by 6 meters with sun terrace all around in the olive garden. Beautiful views with mountains in the distance. The Torre is surrounded by private grounds of about 12 ha. Lots of shady oak and olive trees (estimated between 200 and 300) and farmland. There is complete silence and in the evening you can see the stars, the planets and the moon well because it is really dark. Lots of birds, fireflies and wildlife all around. Clean air, flowers. The Torre is located in a wine region and on our property is a monumental wine barrel (early 18th century). There are nice and affectionate farmers from the neighborhood who take care of the pool, house and land. There is a private long driveway of white concrete and a lockable entrance gate. The house has a sitting room with fireplace, a spacious kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a spacious terrace and a smaller terrace, French balconies and a roof terrace. There are mosquito nets against mosquitoes in front of all windows, most of the double-glazed windows. It can accommodate 13 people. On the hill next to the house is an extra terrace. There is a sprinkler system for the grass around the house and pool. There is an alarm system for the house and swimming pool. The Torre is nicely furnished, partly with antique furniture, most of which is included in the sale. There is a separate spacious shed, for bicycles and a car and equipment and by the pool there is a stone bath house for umbrellas and sun loungers next to a wooden house for the pool pump.
