Detached chalet at castle campsite Le Verdoyer
Our 4 person holiday chalet is located in a unique place in the southeast corner of the castle campsite, in the middle of a dead end path and at the rear a magnificent and permanent unobstructed view of two lakes and the surrounding landscape. Out of use by us, the chalet is rented through the reception of Le Verdoyer. We do not allow pets and smoking in the chalet; The new owner is free to adjust this.
The wooden chalet is very well maintained and double-walled insulated.
All windows are double glazed
The chalet has the following amenities:
• Living room with an open plan kitchen, sitting and dining area with furniture.
• Bedroom with double bed and spacious wardrobe
• Second bedroom with bunk beds and wardrobe.
• Bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet and sink and an electric boiler.
• Kitchen with a 4 burner stove, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment.
• At the front, the cottage has a veranda and a terrace. And at the rear is also a new terrace, where you can enjoy the sun. Everything including various garden furniture (including 2 sunbeds, table with 2 chairs and a sofa, and various separate chairs)
• Fixed storage room behind the house with various (garden) tools and maintenance items.
The castle campsite Le Verdoyer has a Dutch owner.
The facilities to be used by the campsite are:
• large outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool and water slide,
• a covered and heated swimming pool,
• playground equipment for children spread over the camping grounds,
• a tennis court, table tennis table, volleyball court, etc.,
• restaurant with local cuisine,
• bar and snack bar in a cosy courtyard,
• children's entertainment during the high season,
• bicycle rental.
Croissants and bread can be ordered at the reception of the castle.
In high season, the camping shop is open.
In the immediate vicinity, in addition to the walking and cycling opportunities, various sports activities can be practiced such as golf (3 km), horseback riding, karting, climbing, paintballing, etc.
There are excellent rental opportunities.
