This beautiful and comfortable farmhouse is located at the foot of the Giant Mountains and was completely renovated and transformed a few years ago into a spacious two-storey house, consisting of a total of 5 apartments. Each apartment has its own facilities such as a living room, kitchen, bedroom(s) and sanitary facilities (see photos), making the residential complex suitable for a stay of at least 18 people. At the back and side of the house is the garden with terrace and a swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters. The house also has a large barn and several (covered) parking spaces.
The house is located in the middle of beautiful nature with a wooded area. The area is ideal for walks or a beautiful car ride, where you can enjoy a varied landscape. Stupná is located near the town of Nova Paka and Pecka, where there is an outdoor swimming pool, a beautiful castle and excellent restaurants with terraces. On the southern edge of the town of Vrchlabi is a natural pool with a sandy beach. In addition, the area offers a range of activities such as paragliding, rafting, tobogganing and mountain biking and in winter you can reach the slopes of Vrchlabi in 20 minutes in winter and the larger areas of Spindleruv Mlyn and Harrachov can also be reached quickly.
Within a radius of 50 km. there are a large number of excursions to the zoo in Dvur Kralové (the largest in Central Europe), waterfalls, stalactite caves, beautiful castles, historic cities and museums. The capital Prague is about 80 km away from Stupná.
