We are Pieter and Rita Klinkers, 77 and 79 years old.

We have 2 adjacent apartments on the third floor of the white building in the photo, now yellow with blue balconies more in the style of the colored houses as in the photo. We were able to buy these apartments in 2011 from a Dutch owner. Never regretted it. We go to Curacao a few times a year, which has become our second home. Because of our age we have to start phasing out, hence the decision to sell 1 of the 2 apartments . We will keep the other apartment as long as we can still go to Curacao. It is a fantastic place, a real A1 location with a phenomenal view and the heart of Willemstad.
