Do you want to be on your own and fully equipped?
In addition to Dum Zichovec we have a lovely house for max. five people. We renovated this house a few years ago. It has a large terrace with lounge sofas, outdoor shower and a nice swimming pool. The garden is fenced. Living room, with wood stove, kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, senseo and kettle. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, sauna and rain shower. Upstairs bedroom with box spring, double bed. And the second room has three single box springs.
Towels, tea towels, washcloths and bathrobes are provided for you in the apartment. The beds are made on arrival. And there are fresh eggs from our own chickens for you in the apartment.

Of course you are very welcome at Dum Zichovec, you can walk in through the animal enclosures with us. You are always welcome for a question, a drink, a game of pool or table football!

In 2005 we bought an old, dilapidated farmhouse in Zichovec, South Bohemia. A few years later we bought another dilapidated building and converted it into a nice and light house for our guests. It was quite a job but definitely worth it!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Additional information

The town of Prachtice is 9 km away from our house. Here you will find several supermarkets such as Lidl, Kaufland, Coop. There is a petrol station, bus station, hospital, pharmacy, bank and many shops. On the walled, old courtyard with beautifully painted facades and where you can park your car are several cozy restaurants with a terrace.
