This lovely villa is located in a prime location:
- Boulevard and center within walking distance (500m)
- Indoor swimming pool located within walking distance (500m)
- Very close to Lake Lipno. Both a harbor and a beach. (700m)
- Very close to ski slopes (700m)
Advantages and activities:- In winter, you can ski on illuminated ski slopes. Also night skiing. Slopes for all levels. There is also room for lessons at all levels. There is a fun park for children. There are snow cannons available, so there is always enough snow!- Through the house you can ski diagonally through the forest to the slopes. You can also ski back from the slopes.
- In winter, you can skate on the lipno lake. - In summer, the main slope is used as a mountain bike parkour. Various obstacles (ramps, bridges, etc.) can be found on it. You can then go up with your mountain bike with the lift! - There is also a survival course (+zip line) and a toboggan run next to the main arena. These can also be reached with a nice walk through the forest. - In summer there are many water sports activities on Lake Lipno. (Sailing, surfing, etc.)- Fun fact: With a boat you can reach an island on Lake Lipno where all rabbits run free! Very nice to row/sail to.
- Many nice restaurants/cafes/bars within walking distance (boulevard) as well as a short drive. Prices in the Czech Republic are generally a lot cheaper than in the Netherlands.
- Around the holiday home are large forests for beautiful walks/bike rides. Recently, there has been a large watchtower at the top of the slopes. It overlooks the whole of Lipno. Definitely worth it: watch a video. When you get to the top, you can go back down via a slide! On the way up you will come across several games for the children. Scooters, quads, etc. can also be rented in the area.
