The sturdy table on the outdoor terrace can accommodate 12 people. Here is also an outdoor kitchen with grill.

The late medieval brick arches give the dining room a unique look!
In the front garden the children can play while you have contact with them from the covered porch or the large outdoor terrace.
About your children and pets, you do not even have to worry if they play in the large orchard 1000 m2, because it is completely fenced!
In a sitting room with TV and washbasin there is also a dining table with four chairs. This room gives access to the children's attic on the right-hand corner.
Look in the office. Here was in 1815 a village pub!

One of the attics is used as a children's attic. Here you will find two beds and many toys and games.
The covered outdoor grill and outdoor kitchen on the large terrace is perfect for an old-fashioned BBQ on fruit trees!
In the various seasons you pick yourself the ORGANIC FRUIT from the garden: june: cherries july: currant, gooseberry and apricot August: plums and apples September: pears, apples, blackberries and fambozen October: apples and walnuts In the herb garden you will find enough ingredients for your dishes
Your Pet will also experience a wonderful holiday here. Dogs are welcome!
The lake provides cooling in the summer for humans and animals. 10 minutes walk from the farm
There is also a cozy large attic with several sleeping places.
In the laundry room, besides one of toilets, there are also two sinks and a washing machine.
The wood stove is also located in the dining room
directly adjacent to the dining room is the veranda that offers shelter in the hot summers, but also against any rain showers. There is now also a patio heater and the veranda is covered with roses.

In the front part of the farm there is another bathroom with a shower and toilet. In addition, there is a striking antique bath on legs from a spa hotel!
From the dining room a staircase leads to the large sleeping loft with several double beds.

The Maria bedroom with its own adjoining bathroom is located in the front part of the farm.
The Josef bedroom is located in the central part of the farm. Near the main entrance. Next door is the door to the central (senior) toilet.
You can buy fresh milk, bread rolls, cold meats and all your other daily groceries in the convenience store, 100 meters away from the farm!

The farm is on the edge of a sweet little village in the middle of agricultural fields and woods.
Also in the early and late season it is wonderful to walk with your dog through the woods around the village.
These guests love to come back! Annually
