The following costs will be deducted from the DEPOSIT after check-out :
Water and electricity - according to consumption
Final cleaning - € 100,-
Intermediate cleaning - mandatory for stays longer than 2 weeks - €40

Possibly damages
In case of damage, see damage amounts in the house folder present in the bungalow.
Possibly extra services: see the conditions, rules and extras that are sent with the acceptance of the booking

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
My manager will contact you 1 or 2 days before arrival to prepare check-in.
You can, if necessary, contact the administrator. arrange additional services, these services are paid directly to the manager, including:
- transfer to and from the airport
- car rental
- food package upon arrival

Cancel:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival only in case of negative travel advice

Cancellation policy

In all other cases:
100% refund if canceled within 60 days or more of check-in date
50% refund if canceled within 59 and 31 days of check-in date
No refunds if canceled within 30 days of check-in date

If, due to serious, unforeseen circumstances that cannot be remedied (e.g. calamities due to natural disasters, fire, war, restrictive government measures, etc.) the reservation has to be canceled from our side - which we obviously do not hope or expect - then we will the amount you paid will be returned in full.
