Location: Blenchi Apartments is centrally located in Willemstad and is a 6-minute drive from Mambo Beach, 15 minutes from Jan Thiel Beach, 6 minutes from a large supermarket (Albert Heijn) and 10 minutes from the famous pontoon bridge.

Resort:
The gated and secure small-scale resort was completely renovated in 2024 and consists of 8 homes with a swimming pool, tropical courtyard garden and private parking.

House: 
Fully furnished and stylishly furnished house with garden and covered terrace, balcony and porch. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms (with air conditioning) with new beds and mattresses and a nice bathroom with sink and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with combi oven, electric hob and large fridge with double door and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Living room with comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. Also air conditioning in living room and kitchen. Free Wifi.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

  • In case of cancellation up to and including 15 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), the tenant will continue to owe the full rent to the landlord.
