Villa Piscadera

This luxury villa with a large private pool is located on the Piscadera Bay Resort, a very well-known park with a friendly atmosphere, where there are both holiday homes and permanently inhabited houses in one of the most beautiful places on the island, near Willemstad.

You will stay in a tropical oasis of greenery between palm trees, oleander, bougainvillea, jasmine, aloe vera, banana plants and the sound of chirping birds.
Children can play freely in our garden and also on the street because at the resort there is a speed limit of 15 km per hour for cars. In addition, there is 24-hour security.

The house is set on a plot of 1000m2 and is surrounded by planting. The living room and the large terrace flow seamlessly into each other through 2 huge sliding doors on two sides. At the swimming pool of 11x4 meters there are several seating areas, 4 sunbeds and a large lounge area. At any time of the day you can find a spot with shade, or with sun, the choice is yours!
The outdoor dining area on the covered terrace offers space for 8 people and of course the BBQ is not missing.

The living room (8x8) has a cozy sitting area, ceiling fans for extra cooling and a television with internet TV so you have access to hundreds of TV channels, including all Dutch and most European channels and American sports and media channels.
The kitchen in a corner of the living room has a cooking island with bar, so you can sit down while cooking. Kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with freezer and ice maker, dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffee maker/nespresso, toaster, kettle and a large amount of crockery and kitchen utensils. In the utility room you will find the washing machine, large cooler. There are also some children's toys, many board games, high chair and bed available.

The master bedroom has patio doors leading to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are also of spacious size and share the other bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a work area. 
All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.

The resort is located a 3-5 min walk from a trio of beautiful beaches and is located just behind Marriott and Dreams Hotels (formerly Hilton and Floris Suite Hotel), with casino, diving school, bars and restaurants.  
Behind the WTC is the koredor as this boardwalk is called where a lot of walking and sports are done.

Our tenants have free access to Pirates Bay Restaurant and Beach Club, which is 4 min. within walking distance. You get the right tropical island feeling here: a lovely sandy beach, gently sloping into the sea with palm trees and a very child-friendly restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a cozy bar with happy hours and regular live music. Next to it is pizzeria Tomatoes, located right by the sea, a tapas testaurant and the now famous Restaurant De Visserij. For diving/lessons and snorkeling you can go to The Diveshop on the beach.

The driving time to Willemstad is only 5 min. And because of the central location on the island, both the popular beaches on the east and the more authentic and beautiful beaches on the west side are very easy and quickly accessible.
Also at 3-5 min. driving time are 2 large supermarkets and Sambil Mall with numerous shops, cinema, large modern gym, food court, bowling alley and indoor playground.

Travel time to and from the airport is only 10-15 min.
