The holiday apartment (300 m²) is located at the 'Royal Palm Resort' in Piscadera. The apartment is located on the first floor (but is accessible without stairs!) and has a very spacious Z-shaped living room. There are 2 spacious terraces with a completely free location overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The terraces are equipped with an awning, garden table with six chairs and two sunbeds.
Through the garage you have direct access to the apartment, so everything is on the ground floor.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are large bedrooms and a smaller  bedroom. The two large bedrooms are equipped with spacious double beds (which can also be made into four single beds). The smaller bedroom also has a double bed but cannot be made into two single beds.
Adjacent to the  master bedroom is a bathroom with toilet, spacious sink with bathroom cabinets and a walk-in shower (170 x 90 cm). The two other bedrooms share the second bathroom. This bathroom also has a toilet, bathroom cabinet, a spacious sink and walk-in shower (160 x 80 cm).
The entire holiday apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which  can be arranged separately.  There is a ceiling fan in the living room, bedrooms and kitchen .
Both the master bedroom and the living room are equipped with all kinds of luxurious facilities, such as a flat screen TV with 6 Dutch channels. There is fast Wifi internet throughout the apartment.
The new, spacious and very luxurious kitchen is equipped with all necessities: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, air fryer,  oven, kettle, microwave, toaster,  rice cooker, juicer, coffee maker, Senseo and a Nespresso machine, kitchen scales, induction hob, ample amount of crockery, glassware and cutlery. There is plenty of bed and bath linen available, including  beach towels. There are various snorkel masks, swimming noodles and a beach chair for each guest.
For children up to 2 years old there is a high chair and cot.
The apartment also has a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack. There is "European" electricity throughout the apartment (220V). The resort has a communal swimming pool with wooden deck and sun loungers.
Directly opposite the Resort is one of the many beaches (Parasasa Beach). In addition to the Royal Palm resort, several hotels  are located, such as Dreams Curaçao Resort Spa & Casino (formerly Hilton), Zoëtry Curaçao Resort & Spa (formerly Floris suite Hotel) and the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort. Several restaurants and Pirate Bay Curaçao Beach Club are nearby. Security is available 24 hours a day at the Royal Palm Resort. Around the Resort is a popular walking and/or jogging route. Golf courses are quite close by car. Willemstad and the historic center are 5 minutes away by car. In short, a luxury holiday apartment where everything is within reach.
