Cancellation policy

Article 1 – Cancellation by tenant

Cancellations must be made in writing or via the booking platform.

Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% of the rent due

60 to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the rent due

Within 30 days before arrival: 100% of the rent due

If the cancelled period is rented out again, the landlord can decide to (partially) refund in proportion to the proceeds, after deduction of costs.

Article 2 – Payment

A 30% deposit is due upon reservation. The remainder must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Bookings within 30 days require immediate full payment. In the event of non-payment, the reservation may be cancelled in accordance with article 1.

Article 3 – No-show / early departure

No refund will be made in the event of no-show or early departure.

Article 4 – Amendments

Changes are only possible after approval and based on availability. Any price differences can be passed on. Rebooking can be considered as cancellation and rebooking.

Article 5 – Cancellation by the landlord

In case of cancellation by the landlord, the rent paid will be refunded in full. Liability for additional costs is excluded, unless otherwise provided by law.

Article 6 – Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (such as extreme weather conditions, failure of utilities or government measures) there is no right to a refund. An alternative date can be offered in consultation.

Article 7 – Insurance

Renters are advised to take out cancellation and travel insurance.
