Grote Knip at the Abaai Resort consists of 2 spacious double rooms connected by a bathroom. Both rooms have their own entrance. The property shares a kitchen with another property. The room is located right next to a large covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, dining tables and lounge area and next to the swimming pool. The Abaai mini-resort / bed & breakfast is located in Julianadorp: very centrally on the island. Abaai has a total of 4 accommodations divided into apartments and regular rooms. The room is available for the short and medium term.

The rooms have two single box-spring beds, which may or may not be linked together, and a spacious bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The rooms have air conditioning, hot water, a fridge and spacious fitted wardrobes. The room has 220V and 110V, free wireless internet and a safe.
It is possible to add an extra bed for a fee. You can park on your own, enclosed area with an electric gate. The room is equipped with:

Optionally, use can be made of the various services that the mini-resort offers. This includes, for example, arranging breakfast, a bbq, doing groceries before your arrival, laundry service, transfer to and from the airport, but also arranging diving tanks, diving courses and boat trips. On a regular basis we organize a pull-to-table where we cook for all our guests. The car rental can also be arranged for you.

About the Abay Resort

Abaai is a mini-resort/B&B in Julianadorp, very centrally located on the island.
The airport is nearby and a large supermarket and other shops are just around the corner.
From Abaai Resort you can reach the beaches of Blue Bay or Kokomo in 5 minutes, Boka Sami and Piscadera are nearby and within 15 minutes you are on the pontoon bridge. Abaai is also close to the hospital (CMC), the university and the Sambil shopping center. Tourist attractions in and around Willemstad are easily accessible, but also the most beautiful beaches on the other side of the island such as Cas Abao, Porto Marie and Daaibooi. Divers are more than welcome at our resort, the resort is also child-friendly!

Explanation of prices

Rates per night are per accommodation for 4 people.
An extra person in the room is possible for a fee of 15 euros per night, for children up to 3 years this is free of charge. Breakfast is optional and can be purchased per day if desired. Normal consumption of water and electricity (air conditioning) are included as well as WiFi, shower towels (change 2x per week), beach towels and linen (change 1x per week).

Car hire can also be arranged.

Since we want to deal with energy consumption as sustainably as possible, extensive air conditioning use during the day is not included. It is also not allowed to leave the air conditioning on in the absence, it will be switched off. Excessive use of water or electricity may incur an additional fee.
