Welcome to the most beautiful spot in Curacao. At the Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort you will find our apartment Royal Blue. Here you can enjoy luxury, tranquility and beauty. The location is perfect: by the sea and at the same time centrally located between Willemstad and Curaçao International Airport. Moreover, as a guest you can use the many facilities of the resort. There is a fantastic sandy beach, an 18-hole golf course, several restaurants (including Brass Boer), plenty of water sports facilities, beautiful diving reefs and 24/7 security.
The apartment
The Royal Blue apartment is located on the corner of The Reef complex. It is built under architecture, with a fine eye for detail and use of high-quality and durable materials. The whole property is equipped with energy-saving Daikin air conditioning and ceramic parquet.
Kitchen and living room
The open kitchen is equipped with a spacious cooking island and a cozy bar where you can sit with the whole group. The kitchen is fully equipped, such as an induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and full kitchen inventory. So you can prepare the most beautiful meals here. The sitting area consists of a comfortable and spacious lounge sofa and smart TV with Netflix.
Terrace
From the living room and kitchen you reach the spacious terrace through a meter-wide façade. The outdoor area has a lounge set, a dining table with six chairs and a lovely hanging chair to dream away in. Because life on Curaçao mainly takes place outside, the expansive terrace actually forms the heart of the apartment.
Bedroom and bathroom 1
The first, large bedroom has a double bed and plenty of closet space. The ensuite bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, toilet, and a double sink with make-up mirror. Luxury German sanitary ware with a modern matte black finish has been used.
Bedroom and bathroom 2
The second bedroom is located opposite the first bedroom and is also equipped with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Here too there is an ensuite bathroom, with walk-in shower and sink with make-up mirror.
Other rooms
In the hallway from the front door to the living room there are built-in wardrobes where you can store luggage. There is also a separate toilet with hand basin. The washing machine and dryer can be found in a beautifully concealed storage space on the terrace.

Important to mention
Construction work
Construction work has started next to the apartment complex since the end of January. The extent to which this causes nuisance varies per period. See the photo for a recent impression of the construction.
Security
A security deposit of US$ 300 or XCG 600 (local currency) is required upon arrival, payable in cash to the manager. This deposit will be refunded at check-out minus the electricity and water costs, based on actual usage and applicable rates. Estimation of costs based on June 2025 rates for electricity: US$ 0.40 per KwH and water US$ 10.06 for m3.
