Happy Rest incl. Blue Bay Beach card

Access Blue Bay Beach
For each full week of stay you will receive one 10-journey card that gives you 10 free access to the beautiful beach of Blue Bay (worth 20 naf per visit). If you stay for two weeks you will receive two cards, for three weeks three cards, etc.
(valid for bookings from October 2023. Not in combination with discounts).

Water and electricity
Water and electricity are very expensive on the island.
The stay does not include the consumption of water and electricity.
The price is then €0.50 per kWh. The price of water consumption is €5 per m3.
Consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

Cleaning
For stays longer than 8 days, it is possible to book additional cleaning of the apartment for €50 each time.

The final cleaning costs are €125. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Cot & high chair
If you need a cot, high chair or other item during your stay, this can be rented for you. The price is on average €25 per week per item.

Deposit and (down) payment
The deposit is €250.
For stays longer than two weeks, the deposit will be increased by 50 euros per week.

Deposit:
10% within 5 days after invoice date.
40% no later than 90 days before arrival.
Remainder + deposit: no later than 30 days before arrival.

If the tenant cancels the stay in the period from 30 days before arrival, the tenant remains liable for 100% of the rental price. If the tenant cancels the stay more than 30 days before arrival, the tenant still owes the deposit.

If no new guests arrive on your departure day, you can use the apartment for longer in consultation. You can book a late check out until 6pm for €50.
