This beautiful Curacao property is located right next to Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort.

The luxury resort “HAPPY REST II” consists of forty apartments spread over five buildings in a park-like tropical garden with a large swimming pool with sunbeds.

The apartment on the top floor has a luxury kitchen with all appliances: dishwasher, American fridge, oven / microwave, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, egg cooker and grill plate.

There are two bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan and television.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a closet and air conditioning.
Bed linen is provided for both bedrooms.

The bathroom has a rain shower, toilet and washing/drying machine.
Small and large towels and beach towels are provided.

The living room has a spacious sitting area with a flat screen television.
The living room also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The apartment is equipped with free WIFI and 220V sockets.

Blije Rust is only a 10-minute drive from the airport. In addition, Willemstad can also be reached within a 10-minute drive.

You can enter the resort through the locked gate. Each apartment has its own parking space within the resort. The stay includes booking a rental car (Kia Picanto or similar). The car will be ready at the apartment.

Explanation of prices

Rental car
When booking the stay, it is possible to reserve a rental car at the apartment (Kia Picanto, Soul or Sportage) for €25/€30/€40 per day.

Water and electricity
Water and electricity are very expensive on the island.
The stay includes normal use of water and electricity.

Normal consumption of electricity is calculated as follows: 10 kWh per night/day.
Normal consumption of water is calculated as follows: 1 m3 per week (7 nights).

If you book 7 nights in the apartment, 7 x 10 kWh = 70 kWh is included in the price. If you use more, the consumption above 70 kWh will be deducted from the deposit. The price is then €0.50 per kWh.

The price of water consumption is €5 per m3. In case of a higher use than 1 m3 per week, this will be deducted from the deposit in the same way.

Cleaning
For stays longer than 8 days, it is possible to book interim cleaning of the apartment for €50 per time.

The cost of the final cleaning is €100. The final cleaning is mandatory.

Cot & high chair
If you need a cot, high chair or any other item during your stay, this can be rented for you. The price is on average €25 per week per item.

Deposit and (down) payment
The deposit is €250.

Deposit:
10% within 5 days after invoice date.
40% latest 90 days before arrival.
Remainder + deposit: at least 30 days before arrival.

If the tenant cancels the stay in the period from 30 days before arrival, the tenant will still owe 100% of the rental price. If the tenant cancels the stay more than 30 days before arrival, the tenant will still owe the deposit.
