Vila 10 is located on the beautiful Blue Bay Golf Resort in a beautiful and quiet area. The resort's private beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Curaçao. From the villa you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. Access to the beach and sunbeds are free for you.

This 6 person villa is fully equipped. The villa has a lovely large terrace. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. There is a large living room with sitting area and TV with many channels, wifi. In addition, there is a complete kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge, hob and microwave. The living room has French doors to the terrace. The covered terrace offers a lovely sitting area and dining area. Near the villa is a communal swimming pool where you can take a nice dip.

The villa

• Living room: large living room with air conditioning, luxurious sitting area with flat screen TV with many channels and Wifi.
• Terrace: Large fully covered terrace so you can always find a place in the shade throughout the day. There is a lovely spacious sitting area and a dining area with electric BBQ.
• Kitchen: The kitchen includes an American fridge, dishwasher, hob and a combination microwave and airfryer. Of course there are plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery, cutlery and glassware are widely available.
• Bedrooms: The villa has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has air conditioning, fan, luxurious king-size 2-person box spring and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedrooms have air conditioning, fan, luxurious king-size 2-person box spring and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has air conditioning and 2 single beds. There is plenty of bedding available.
• Bathrooms: The master bedroom has its own large bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share a bathroom. Both bathrooms have a toilet, shower and washbasin with furniture. In addition, there is a guest toilet. There are plenty of towels available.
• Laundry room: there is a laundry room with washing machine.

Blue Bay is a fully fenced Golf & Beach Resort with 24-hour security. It is a very safe and child-friendly complex. You have unlimited access to all Blue Bay facilities, including the beach, swimming pool, restaurants, bars, playground, dive shop, golf club (for a fee) and tennis courts (free of charge).

The 18-hole golf course has a great view over the Caribbean Sea and offers a surprising challenge for players of all levels. Along the fairway you will find flamingos, pelicans and a wide variety of tropical plants. Between the teeing area and the green of hole 6, you even have to hit over the sea.
There is a historic clubhouse, a pro shop and an academy.

Blue Bay Dive offers several unique dive sites, including the 'Wall' and the 'Garden'. At the PADI certified diving school you can take a course and rent your equipment. From the beach you can walk straight into the Caribbean Sea and swim through the bay to the dive sites. Snorkeling is also beautiful at Blue Bay!

About 5 minutes by car from the resort is a large supermarket, where you can buy everything including delicious fresh products.

The resort is 8 km from Hato Airport and 9 km from Willemstad.

Energy and water
The economic use of energy and water is very important to us. That is why we have chosen to charge for energy and water separately. The average cost depends a lot on your usage. The air conditioners in particular use a lot of energy. Based on meter readings, we will settle the amount at the end of your stay.

We are Danielle and Jeroen and we have been living on Curacao for several years. Curacao is a fantastic island with a wonderful climate and beautiful beaches. There are many restaurants where you can enjoy a delicious meal. In our opinion the ideal island for a holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices do not include tourist tax, consumption of water and electricity and final cleaning. A deposit of $250 is required and can be paid at check-in

If the tenant wishes to terminate the rental agreement 90 days before the arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge and the landlord will refund any rent and deposit already paid in full. If the tenant wishes to terminate the rental agreement between 90 days and 60 days before the arrival date, the landlord will refund 50% of the rent already paid and the full deposit. If the tenant wishes to terminate the rental agreement between 60 days and 30 days before arrival, the landlord will pay back 25% of the rent already paid and the full deposit. If the tenant wishes to terminate the rental agreement within 30 days before the arrival date, the landlord will only refund the deposit.
