The space
This newly renovated second floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have wonderful new beds. You enter the terrace through the patio doors through the spacious living room with open kitchen. Here there is a dining area, a lounge set and two sunbeds. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The terrace has a shade cloth. Enjoy the Caribbean evening breeze from your terrace with a beautiful view over the Caribbean sea and golf course.

All guests have free access to the beach and beach beds at Blue Bay Resort with a beach pass, which is provided at check-in. Lost beach cards will be charged $50 per card.

Apartment Green View is located on the beautiful Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort. Enjoy the clear Caribbean bay. Relax on the beautiful sandy beach under one of the palapas. Golf on one of the most beautiful 18-hole courses. Dine at good and cozy restaurants. Diving, tennis, walking, fitness, sailing, kayaking, or dancing in the sand during the happy hours. Or do nothing at all while the kids have fun. Every day at this secure and meticulously cared for resort is a heavenly experience.

Price is exclusive
✔ 7% tourist tax.
✔ The normal consumption of water (0.25 m3 per day) and electricity (15 Kwh per day) is included. We then assume that the air conditioning only runs at night. We want to prevent unnecessary consumption. Additional consumption will be charged via the deposit. USD 8 per m3 is charged for water and USD 0.50 per kWh for electricity. The local manager will inform you about these meter readings. If you have any questions about this, please ask.
✔ We charge USD 300 (Euro or NAF is also possible) in cash as a deposit, which you will receive in cash back after your stay.
