In a pleasant location, outside the hustle and bustle but quickly accessible to everything, the private holiday home is located in a beautiful setting in an intimate walled Villa Park to the northeast of Curaçao. An attractive and well-maintained villa with a private swimming pool. Very suitable for 1 to 6 people.

The villa has a spacious porch at the back of the house and a porch at the front. The villa has 4 spacious rooms: living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with hot water and toilet. The garden and pool deck are equipped with lounge beds. The pool deck also has a lounge seating area.

The holiday home is ideally located on the pleasant trade wind and keeps the mosquitoes at bay. The spacious covered living porch with lounge set adjoins the spacious living room. The house also has a porch at the front.

The balustrades of both porches are made in Caribbean style. There is a BBQ in the garden at the back porch. You can enjoy a delicious BBQ at this place. At the private pool you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. You can also see the sea and in clear weather Bonaire. The sunbeds make it complete.

The porch
On the veranda you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset and the pleasant trade wind. There is a dining table on the large veranda and in the living room. There are sufficient dining room chairs.

In the house you have access to radio and television with N 1, 2, 3, Curaçao and American channels.

Wireless internet (Wi-Fi)
You can keep in touch with your family and friends with wireless internet (wifi) 24-hours.

The holiday home uses 127 volts and 220 volts are available in the kitchen and outside storage room. In the house you have access to intermediate pieces for the sockets for your equipment with European connections.

Modern open kitchen
The modern open kitchen has all the necessary equipment for preparing your breakfast, lunch and dinner and of course the large fridge and coffee maker are not missing. The kitchen unit with sink has a double sink and you cook on a Belion gas stove with an electric oven. The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room. The BBQ is in the garden.

Parking in front of the house
In front of the house you have your own spacious private parking space for 3 cars. The walled park is closed with a fence (gated community).

Bedrooms
All windows of the house have light-resistant roller blinds. In the 3 spacious bedrooms you can use a silent air conditioning.

Swimming pool
You have access to a private swimming pool with sun loungers and a lounge area.

Management
The house is managed by a Dutch manager.
