The property:
Approx. 150 m² full of comfort, with 3 spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two separate single beds that can be pushed together, the master bedroom has a king-size bed. There are two luxurious bathrooms with toilet, washbasin, a rain shower and a separate toilet. The open plan living area offers plenty of seating space and a modern kitchen. Through the sliding doors you step onto the spacious porch with a dining table for 8 people, a BBQ, and a view of the pool with sunbeds, relax chairs and palapa. The garden, with young plants and flowers, provides an attractive and green environment.
Location:
This tropical home is located on Hofi Sint Joris, a secure community that is monitored 24/7. Although there is some construction work on the park, its location in the middle of nature ensures peace and privacy.
At the park you will find facilities such as a padel court and a football field, freely accessible to guests (on reservation). Perfect for being active or running safely. The beautiful Sint Jorisbaai a short distance away offers plenty of nature, hiking opportunities, and windsurfing fun. The area is also suitable for hiking and mountain biking. In the future, a beach will be developed where you can swim and relax; We will adjust the advertisement as soon as it is available.

Energy costs and extras:
Water and electricity are not included and will be charged at the end of your holiday. You pay a €150 deposit (240 USD) in advance to Randy, which is used for energy costs. The consumption costs are approximately €8.50 (9.91 USD) per m³ of water and €0.80 (0.93 USD) per KWh of electricity. The remainder will be refunded after your stay.
Towels and beach towels:
You will receive a beach towel and three different sizes of towels per guest. Do you want new towels? Feel free to ask Randy about the possibilities for a small fee.
During your stay, Randy, our friendly and committed manager, is always there for you with questions or requests. He lives near the resort, so if there is anything, he is always nearby.
Upon arrival in Curaçao you will be personally welcomed by Randy at the accommodation. It makes you feel right at home and can completely relax from the first moment.
Randy also offers private cars for rent, including free airport pickup. Ideal to start your holiday without any hassle. Prefer to be picked up comfortably? That is also possible. For a small fee, Randy can pick you up from the airport in a luxury car and take you directly to the accommodation.
For a perfect day at the beach, you can also rent snorkel sets and coolers from him, so that you can be well prepared anywhere on the island.

Hofi Sint Joris is currently under development and construction is taking place on the park. The nuisance is limited but cannot be completely prevented. There is currently no construction going on right next to the villa or very close to it. This ensures very limited inconvenience. There is no construction in the evening and night.
