Welcome to Serka Liv, your stylish retreat in the quiet neighborhood of Santa Catharina on sunny Curaçao. Combining contemporary comfort with tropical charm, our modern two-storey home is designed to provide you with a relaxing, luxurious stay.
On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with a comfortable king-size bed (also convertible into two single beds), their own walk-in closet, private bathroom and air conditioning. The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and double sink – so that every group enjoys optimal privacy and comfort.
Downstairs you will find a bright, open living area with a comfortable seating area and a sofa bed (140x204 cm) for two additional guests. The U-shaped kitchen with peninsula is fully equipped and ideal for those who like to cook for themselves. There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. For families, a travel cot is available, making the house suitable for up to 6 people and a baby.
The spacious, covered veranda is the heart of the outdoors. Here you will find a six-seater dining table, a lounge area under a pergola with shutters (for protection from sun and rain), and access to a storage room with washing machine. Right on the terrace is your private pool with wooden pool deck and sunbeds – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Curaçao sun.
The property has been strategically designed to make the most of the constant trade winds, providing natural cooling on the terrace and inside. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned for extra comfort during hot nights.
