This large Villa has 5 bedrooms. The villa sleeps a total of 13 people. Equipped with 2 spacious bathrooms, a spacious kitchen fully equipped. And a spacious living room with a large TV to have a movie night together, for example.
All bedrooms have air conditioners and ceiling fans.
The house, the garden and the large swimming pool and outdoor shower, offer you a lot of privacy. With lounge sets, sunbeds and hammocks everywhere, you will not be short of relaxation.
Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are not lacking. The 2 large terraces offer a fairytale view over Curacao and the Spanish Water.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price does not include electricity. Electricity is calculated via the meter readings. The prices are €0.65 per Kwh. This will be deducted from the deposit afterwards.

Cancellation Policy:
  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
