Villa Marie Pampoen

Villa Marie Pampoen was completed in March 2023 and is therefore completely new. The villa is located on the modern resort of Vredenberg, centrally located on the island. Mambo Beach can be reached within five minutes by car, Jan Thiel Beach is about a fifteen-minute drive away. Pietermaai, with its restaurants and lively atmosphere, is also a short distance away.

The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, has a balcony, a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms share a bathroom. The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven/microwave and induction hob. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa, television and air conditioning.

Through the sliding doors you step onto the covered terrace: a nice place to relax, have a drink or use the barbecue. In the garden is a private swimming pool where you can cool off at any time of the day.

Good to know: Vredenberg is a young neighborhood. Most of the resort has now been completed and occupied, but as the area is still under development, construction work may occasionally take place in the area.
