Welcome to Casa Uva Verde! The modern and complete apartment Chardonnay is centrally located, just a 2-minute drive from Mambo Beach and less than 10 minutes from Willemstad.
Our apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a lovely pool for a refreshing swim.
Casa Uva Verde consists of a house and two apartments, 'Chardonnay' and 'Pinot Grigio', where each apartment has sufficient privacy and its own entrance.
Our apartments are equipped with:
- Luxury king-size box spring beds (210 cm long) with quality linen
- Towels and beach towels
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Sitting area with smart TV
- Bedroom equipped with air conditioning
- Two private terraces
- Private parking
Chardonnay is a spacious apartment with a private driveway. The modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king-size box-spring bed (210 cm long) for ultimate comfort and recently an extra single bed has also been available. The entire apartment has 110v sockets.
Casa Uva Verde is located high up on Curaçao. Every day you can enjoy a wonderful breeze on your terrace and in the pool, dushi bida! In other words, the good life :-)
What's included
- Clean beach towels at least 2x a week
- Clean bed linen at least 1x per week
During these visits, we do a quick cleaning and make sure that everything is in order for a pleasant stay.
A washing machine is provided on site and can be used for a small fee.
Guests can access their own apartment through a private entrance. You can enjoy the tropical garden with communal swimming pool. The entire grounds of Casa Uva Verde are spacious on a plot of 1100m², providing plenty of space and tranquility for a relaxing stay.
Electricity is very expensive in Curaçao. 10kWh per night is included per apartment. This is usually more than sufficient. For more consumption, we charge € 0.50 per kWh. At the beginning and end of your stay, the meter readings will be taken.
